All the pre-condo investors will recommend that when you\’re looking to invest in condo pre-sales, you need to select developers who have a good reputation. I even had a condo realtor tell me that it was important to invest in a developer with a good reputation but then he tried to sell me on a developer that had no credible experience.
So who are these credible developers with a good track record?
This article is to investigate this question. Also, this article looks to determine what developers outside of the GTA are worthy of your next investment. I don\’t like investing in Toronto, simply because I don\’t like Toronto. All decisions come down to emotion, and the emotion I get from not investing in Toronto is more satisfying to me than the emotion I would get from the higher returns I would have if I did invest in Toronto. Sounds crazy right? Well remember this – it\’s not always about the money. If it was, I\’d be working in Dubai right now.
